Chill Pill Pilates

Chill Pill Pilates is a classically inspired mat class with a slow and steady flow. Don't be fooled by the name! This class offers a good challenge while it connects you with your breath and focuses on building a healthy core and spine. Good for all levels and those with limitations.


Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle yoga class that combines some elements of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. This class will relax your body and mind while building necessary strength and flexibility from head to toe. Wear comfy clothing so you can easily move. Bring a mat, a block or two, and a strap. See you on the mat!
